Father Stuart: Suzanne Nelson is the principal of the School of Saint Mary

Dear Church and School families,

I am pleased to announce that Suzanne Nelson will serve as principal for the 2023-24 school year. This will allow us the opportunity to take time to discern what qualities we are looking for in a new principal. The school will thrive in her good hands during this discernment period.

Mrs. Nelson brings many years of teaching experience as well as administrative experience serving as assistant principal for more than 10 years and principal for 6. Administrative duties will be shared with Sarah Edwards who will continue to serve as admissions director and technology teacher.

As we finish our seventh decade as a parish and a school, we remain a connected community known for faith in action and academic distinction. I am excited and optimistic for our future and look forward to the journey ahead.
