How to get your year-end Contribution Statement
- Log in to Access ACS, aka MySaintMary https://secure.accessacs.com/access/memberlogin.aspx?sn=106856
- Select GIVING tab to reveal list of options, then MY GIVING HISTORY
- Select YEAR for tax statement
- Select PDF TAX STATEMENT
- Print document
You may also call the parish office, 918-749-1423, to request your statement. Please allow twenty-four hours for your statement to be prepared. Your requested statement will be available for pickup in the parish office, or in the church vestibule on the weekends.
