Praying for the dead

The Church of Saint Mary prays for all those who died in the past year. At the 10:30 a.m. Mass last weekend, Deacon Charles Beard read the names of parishioners and loved ones who passed away recently.

A Saint Mary tradition is to continue to pray throughout November for all our loved ones who have died. Parishioners may bring a small framed photo to place on the table of remembrance in the back of the church under the Saint Mary window.

 

 

 

 

Parishioners may enter their loved ones’ names into the Book of the Dead.
