Children’s Ministry: Advent Poster Contest

Our Children’s Ministry is sponsoring an Advent Poster Contest.

This project is a good way for children to express their faith in a creative way. We get to see each creation in an Art Show in December.

• Posters are due on December 11th. They can be given to their teachers, the School Office, or to Valerie Howard at the Church Office or Annex.
• Email Valerie, vhoward@churchofsaintmary.com, for a contest entry form.
• Staff will judge the entries during the week of December 12th.
• There are 3 age groups:
  • 7 and under
  • 8-10
  • 11 and over.
• All entries will receive a honorable mention prize, but 3 winners from each age group will be invited to a hot chocolate party with Monsignor Dorney.
• The parish will be invited to an art show in December.
