Welcoming the RCIA Catechumens and Candidates
R.C.I.A. is our process for becoming Catholic. At the 10:30 Mass on Sunday, we welcomed the R.C.I.A catechumens (adults preparing for baptism) and candidates (baptized adults preparing to enter the Catholic Church) into our community. They have been attending classes for quite some time, but this is the first time they attended Mass together and stated their intentions before the community.
Please keep the group in your prayers as they continue to listen for and respond to God’s call. God willing, they will receive the sacraments of initiation this Easter.

Hi Terry and Lance. What’s the best way to contact you? I’ll put you in touch with Deacon Rich.
Hello,
Lance and Terry is sorry for not responding. We were wondering because of the Covid how is classes for RCIA will proceed this August? We have not gone to church, however, we have been Live Streaming the masses. We were just curious for Lance wants to become a Catholic and Terry wants to walk the path with Lance.
It’s good to know you are staying safe. We have yet to determine how RCIA will go if we need to keep COVID protocols in place. Deacon Rich will likely contact you closer to Labor Day to let you know the next steps.
Thank you God bless, please stay Safe, Healthy and Happy
Terry Calvert
