For help with your application, attend a rental assistance clinic provided by South Tulsa Community House and Church of Saint Mary on October 23rd from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in the parking lot of South Tulsa Community House (5780 S Peoria Ave).
You will need to bring the following documents:
- Copy of your lease. (Both tenant + landlord signatures on lease are required.) * Contact info for landlord or property manager (Name, Phone, and Address)
- Unemployment documentation (eligibility letter and/or determination letter) for the applicant or a named leaseholder. If not receiving unemployment, one of the following is needed but not both: * Letter from employer on employer letterhead, OR * a pay stub from Jan or Feb 2020 and a current pay stub reflecting a reduction of hours (dated last 60 days).
- Utility Bill (the person on the utility bill must be on the lease).
