What do I need to know about this year’s event?

The MaryFair Dinner & Auction is a live streamed event. We strongly encourage our viewers to utilize two devices the evening of the event – a television or computer to watch the live stream, and a phone or tablet to make bids.

Do I need to buy tickets?

No, but you’re welcome to purchase “tickets” or a sponsorship to show your support for MaryFair. Both are 100% tax deductible, if no goods or services are received. Anyone may watch the live stream for free.

Bidding for Good will alert you if you’ve been outbid, so be ready to receive alerts throughout the evening. If you are outbid immediately after placing a bid, it’s likely that another bidder is using automatic bidding and has a maximum limit higher than yours. You’ll need to increase your maximum limit in order to be the highest bidder.



Do I need to buy tickets in order to watch the Live Event or bid?

-No, you don’t. Everyone can watch and bid, you just have to be registered on bidding for good in order to do so.

What if we want to go in on a premier items with other couples?

-You can do that! One person will place the bid and will need to let Julie know when the evening is over which other cards to process with the order. All persons will need to be registered on to process payments.


Want to be a Sponsor? 

All sponsorships will receive recognition in pre-event publicity and acknowledgement during the Live Event. And sponsorships $2500 and above will receive our special Patron Gift:

A Yeti cooler filled with all the ingredients for a dinner for 4 people, delivered to your home to cook during the Live Auction following the instruction of Chefs Moosmiller and Fusco. The delivery includes specially selected wines from Primo’s Wine & Spirits courtesy of Cliff and Elizabeth Nutt, and a delicious cake created especially for us by Ludger’s Bavarian Cakery.
