It’s good to see that pledges are being fulfilled. We would appreciate knowing when we can expect to see some groundbreaking and the beginning of construction on this capital campaign project.

Ruth, barring any unforeseen issues with permitting, budgeting, or utility relocation scheduling (ONG and the City of Tulsa), we are hoping to have the final design phase completed late January – early February, 2020. The Construction Manager with then solicit bids for each construction trade which should take 3 – 4 weeks. Once a final GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) is received and is within the budget, Groundbreaking will commence. We are hoping this will take place in March of 2020.
