Building Project Update: the Design Development phase

Here’s an exciting Building Project update from Matt Bendel, our owner’s representative:

We’ve proceeded to the next phase of design (Design Development phase). The building committee is beginning to review and consider “interior finish” options for various rooms within the future Community Center. In addition to the Community Center design, Cyntergy Architects is making good progress with the exterior design of the west entry to the Vestibule.

The building committee is working on plans to further develop the duplex site across the street and to advance the construction of a choir room. There will be some exciting announcements in the next few weeks.
