50 Years of Birthright of Tulsa

Dear friends,

This January, Birthright of Tulsa will celebrate 50 years of supporting mothers and children in need. Many of you have helped in various ways during those 50 years. Our mission of hospitality and hope to struggling parents and their children would not be possible without those who have given time, donations, financial gifts, prayers, and more.

To honor five decades of heartfelt service, we would like to invite you to our 50th anniversary dinner on January 27, 2023 at the Church of Saint Mary. We have a splendid evening planned of dinner, toasting, prizes, and more. At the event, we will commemorate Beth and Gerald Donovan, the founders of Birthright of Tulsa. The Donovan’s compassion resulted in the first pregnancy center in Oklahoma. Today, there are four Oklahoma chapters in Bartlesville, Lawton, Stillwater, and Tulsa.

We are also grateful to the mothers who have come to us for help and friendship. One of the first clients was Cassie Clayton, our guest speaker for the evening. Cassie came to Birthright as a frightened pregnant teenager. Under the care of the Donovan family, Cassie was sheltered and loved. Come listen as she shares her special story at our January gathering.

Together, we have been blessed by our involvement with Birthright of Tulsa. We hope you will join us January 27. Tickets are on sale now!
