| Important Note: To download your Contribution Statement you must have a valid e-mail address already on file in the Church membership database, and you must also have Adobe Reader version 7.0 loaded on your computer. |
Instructions:
The link below will bring you to the site where you can register to review your membership and contributon records. You will be required to register, and then a PIN (personal ID number) will be sent to your e-mail address to confirm your access to this site. When registering you must enter your name exactly as we have it our database. For example if your name is Robert, and you go by Bob, we would most likely have it entered as Robert. Sign in using the informtion emailed to you. You will be prompted to enter a password of your choice.
Once you sign in you can confirm our records are correct , you can also make corrections, for example to your phone number or address, view contributions, and print out a contribution statement for tax purposes.
Please note: At this time only adult records are available on-line. Please do not add your children if you choose to update your information.
Should you experience problems with this process, it may be necessary to confirm that we have your e-mail address entered in our records. Call the parish office or email the church with your email address. If you are not a registered member at the Church of Saint Mary you will not be eligible to do this.
