What Happens When...
Two Basics of Estate Planning
You don't have to be wealthy to need an estate plan.

Understanding the basics of estate planning is the first step to creating peace of mind should something happen to you or someone you love.

Our Parish Estate Planning Committee is dedicated to providing informational seminars with Q&A sessions about timely topics to help us be good stewards of our lives and those whom we love.

Attend a dual presentation on Sunday, November 16th,  after the 10:15 Mass in Beckerle Hall to learn more about ...

What Happens When...

and What could/should I do to prepare?

caduceus-lastWill1) Advance Directive for Health Care: Andrea Hyatt, a Catholic and faculty member of the Bio-Ethics Center at OU-Tulsa will review this document, commonly called a living will.  She also will cover what the Catholic Church teaches about end-of-life decisions.

2) Wills and Trust Basics: Joe McCormick, local attorney and parishioner, will outline why one should have a Last Will and Testament and/or a trust that deals with possessions.

Each presenter will take about 35 minutes to address these two documents that every adult should have in their estate plan. Making the decisions in advance of your need can be addressed in these two documents and help you and your family face difficult situations with confidence and care.

Register online here... or call the parish office at 749-1423 to leave your name with the receptionist.  This will help us prepare adequate handouts for this session. Thank you.
