Instructions:

At this time only adult records are available on-line. Please do not add your children if you make updates to your record.  To verify your personal information in the Church database, you must have a valid e-mail address already on file with the church.  The link below will bring you to the site where you can sign up to review your record.  When you register you must enter your name exactly as we have it our database.  For example if your name is Robert, and you go by Bob, we would most likely have it entered as Robert.  Generally speaking, people do put their legal name on the registration form when they join the parish.  

A pin number will be sent to your e-mail address after you sign up to confirm access to this site.  Once you are signed in you can confirm our records are correct or you can also make corrections, for example to your phone number or address, review your contribution history, or print a contribution statement for 2005.

Should you experience problems with this process, it may be necessary to confirm that we have your e-mail address entered in our records by contacting the parish office.  If you are not a registered member at the Church of Saint Mary you will not be eligible to do this.
